Provide and implement the solutions to enable operational
units to increase quantity and quality of new business.
Develop and strengthen client relationships to achieve
expected growth and profit contribution.
Define, implement and safeguard the sales strategy for
our range of products and services.
Maintain a detailed understanding of external commercial,
regulatory and clientele environment with a view to translate changing
conditions into new business opportunities.
Work together with the Global Consulting unit, leading
the consulting projects with a broad range of topics; actuarial, data
analytics, motor, mobility, cross-line and claims, etc.
Consolidate and cultivate the resources, network,
know-how within Munich Re to provide clients with expert insurance solutions.
Support the Client Team to produce market, client
strategy plans, competitor analysis, business initiatives, renewals and visit
preparations.
Participate in and lead discussions with senior
management of clients, on potential use cases to identify client needs and
actively acquire new projects.
Ensure to seek for and provide attractive consulting and
service offerings for client demands.
Prepare and coordinate seminars, workshops and client
sessions
ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç
Minimum 5 years of working experience in insurance or
reinsurance industry including consulting firms, demonstrating sound knowledge
of general insurance market, products (e.g. motor), market dynamics
(essential).
Marketing/sales experience related to data analytics,
insurance solutions, actuarial services, etc.
Experience in handling complex business relationships,
partnerships and negotiations.
High interest and capacity in innovation and ideation,
forward-forward thinking with strong implementation and service/solution
orientation.
Demonstrating ability to prospect and develop new
relationships within the insurance industry.
Experience in preparing and delivering presentation/pitch
to clients.
Proficiency in MS office.
Experience in Internal/external stakeholder management.
Committed, motivated, wiling to learn new technologies
and to step outside of own comfort zone.
Highly analytical, strong problem solving capabilities
and strong communication skills.
Fluent spoken and written in both Korean and English.
