Participate in defining the
objectives for the Branch and for the Annual Planning with view to increase/
optimize profitability and volume.
Ensure the analysis and
assessment of market and client potential, competitor analyses and further
strategic development of reinsurance business in the broader context of IRFS17
and KICS standards.
Formulate and implement
strategies and objectives for ensuring client segmentation and prioritization.
Provide CM team and Business
Development team with full support to materialize the identified and agreed
business initiatives.
Maintain most updated
intelligence on clients and domestic /international market, and share the
information internally.
Consolidate
resource/network/knowhow to provide client with expert reinsurance solution or
consulting services through cross-line cooperation.
Maintain market profile and
visibility.
ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç
Minimum 10 years of experience
in insurance / reinsurance industry demonstrating in-depth knowledge of
underwriting a single product line, along with Tertiary and / or Industry
qualifications (essential)
Extensive direct &
reinsurance knowledge and experience (essential)
Highly experienced in handling
complex business relationships / partnerships (essential)
Highly experienced in handling
business negotiations (essential)
Profound understanding of the
drivers of profitability and financial concepts of insurance / reinsurance
(essential)
Extensive experience in another
market segment and/or multiple product lines including facultative and treaty
business
Fluent spoken and written
in both Korean and English
