Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth: Working with other stakeholders, you
will be ultimately responsible for the medium and long term strategy
for our Korean employment services
business – including
achieving out ambitious growth aspirations
¡¤
Integration: With the support of the Maximus corporate team, you
will ensure that the Korean business is fully integrated with our global
business – including formal governance requirements, reporting requirements and that the organizational culture
reflects a locally
appropriate version of the global
culture
¡¤
Leadership:
You will provide leadership in the broad sense
to all employees and ensure that they
have a shared sense of vision and purpose. More specifically, you will help the
management team develop to achieve their full potential

Execution:
You will be responsible for putting in place
and managing the necessary people, processes and technology to execute the
strategy. This will involve supporting the management team that you lead to execute
their day to day responsibilities – and ensuring that develop a reputation as a high performing
organisation
¡¤
P&L responsibility: You will be responsible for
managing the business¡¯ P&L. You will
be accountable for variances to plan, and for ensuring
that delivery of high levels
of performance and profitability that is
within the targeted range.
¡¤
Growth: Working with the business
development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the organic
growth of the business, including diversifying into near adjacencies.
¡¤
Stakeholder
management: You will be
responsible for managing a network of internal stakeholders who are interested
in the success of the Korean business. You will
also act as one of the main representatives for Maximus in Korea with external
stakeholders including clients, interested government parties, suppliers, think-tanks and other commentators, competitors and relevant
not for profit organizations.
