Insurance Business Analyst job involves providing an IT interface to business units and analyzing and defining business requirements.
- Working very closely with business units and the technical development teams on all projects
- Engage in client discussions and capture requirements/specs based on interaction with clients business users
- Knowledge of various personal and commercial lines of insurance products such as - auto, motor, property, liability, travel, extended warranty,
and other miscellaneous general products in the current market, and their business processes and compliance rules in various markets.

- Above Bachelor degree for Insurance, IT or Finance
- At least 15years¡¯s experience in insurance products/services development or business analysis including
1. Experience in application development in insurance industries
2. Knowledge of insurance products and services
3. Experience in IT project management
4. Knowledge of insurance accounting process and financial closing
- Well organized and strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal in Korean/English)
- PMP, KICPA, USCPA Preferred
